Here is a list of the books I would recommend to everyone, however, they are especially relevant to athletes who wish to have a deeper knowledge and greater understanding of how to be the best.
These books changed by coaching philosophy, the way I communicate with my athletes and gave me a better understanding of who I am and what my coaching means to me. They have shaped the coach I am today.
In the world of strength and conditioning, learning how to move others—not just physically, but also psychologically and emotionally—is paramount to getting the most out of them.
